Scripts

The folder "Scripts" contains the following 5 entries:

  1. "SMT1.m" Matlab script to fit the SMT-1 implementation to signals.
  2. "SMT2.m" Matlab script to fit the SMT-2 implementation to signals.
  3. "SMT3.m" Matlab script to fit the SMT-3 implementation to signals.
  4. "diam_from_perpADC_vanGelderen.m" Matlab script to calculate the diameter of a cylinder from a perpendicular apparent diffusion coefficient using Eq [11] of P. Van Gelderen, D. Des Pres, P. C. M. Van Zijl, and C. T. W. Moonen, “Evaluation of Restricted Diffusion in Cylinders. Phosphocreatine in Rabbit Leg Muscle,” J. Magn. Reson. Ser. B, vol. 103, no. 3, pp. 255–260, 1994.
  5. "BesselJ_RootsCyl.m" Matlab script to calculate the roots of the Bessel function, required for "diam_from_perpADC_vanGelderen.m". AUTHOR: DANIEL C. ALEXANDER, software freely available via download of the NODDI package (see file for details).

More information can be found in the manuscript and the Matlab files themselves. Please cite the manuscript if Files 1-4 are used.
