Frodi Gregersen joins DRCMR method development team

PhD project focused on Current Density Imaging

Frodi GregersenA new DTU PhD student, Frodi Gregersen, has in September 2018 joined the DRCMR Acquisition Technology and Neurophysics research groups in a project co-funded by the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC), and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Frodi will focus on MRI measurements probing the electrical properties of tissue (current density imaging), where there is already unique expertise at the DRCMR reflected in the globally first demonstration of robust measurements of current-induced nanotesla fields in the living human brain. The project is conducted in collaboration with the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences that was also involved in Frodi's education in the SDC Neuroscience and Neuroimaging MSc programme. We wish Frodi a warm welcome!
